compilation erros in CVS

Mark,
compilation of current CVS gcc stops in cp/ because LABEL_STMT_LABEL is
undefined. Where is the piece missing ? 

And btw. where should the prototype for finish_label_decl(), defined in
semantics.c and called in pt.c go ?
