Internal compiler error in xgcc while trying to build gcc-2.95.1

Hello,

I encounter an internal compiler error with xgcc while trying to build the
recent gcc-2.92.1 from scratch. Since this error occurs with xgcc and none
of my systems (`uname -a` == 'SINIX-Z Meandros 5.42 B2000 i386 386/AT')
include files are specified on the command line I don't assume that the
precompiler output is of any use.
I'll but attach the complete output of the "nohup gmake bootstrap" which
produced the error. The command line for configure was

$ CFLAGS='-O -lnsl -lresolv -s' ./configure --prefix=/opt/gnu

(libresolv.a contains str*casecmp on SINIX-Intel and needs itself libnsl.a)

I hope you'll either fix the problem or point me into the direction to
solve it on my machine.

regards
Stefan
