Hello,

I compiled gcc-2.95 on a modified RedHat-6.0 machine running on an
AMD k6 procesor. I had configured gcc with the --prefix=/usr
--enable-haifa and --enable-threads flags, then bootstrapped the
compiler, then installed it, there were no errors during the compile.

I had read in the documentation for gcc-2.95 that it supported the
-mk6 and -march=k6 flags, when compiling any C program with those flags
I get the error cc1: Invalid option `k6', when I type in gcc -v I get
the output:

Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i586-pc-linux-gnu/2.95/specs
gcc version 2.95 19990728 (release)

Let me know if it was a configuration error on my part, thank you!
