Hum. We do. I hadn't noticed before. Bother. I guess leave them

I don't think so. :-( When I was brutally reminded of this fact
when doing recent Cygnus work I added about 50 of them.
If we can agree on an rtl representation, Jan's chomping at the bit
to clean this up correctly. Though I guess this change shouldn't be
in 1.2 no matter how fast he can work.
