Template Problem?

Attached is a zipfile that includes the preprocessor output
of a
source file that won't compile. Scriptfile includes the
error 
messages generated by egcs version 1.1.2.

This source code has been previously compiled by Microsoft
C++ 
version 6.0 and also the SGI C++ compiler. (For those
interested,
it is John Lilley's version of the PCCTS toolkit for the C++ 
grammar.)

We have been unable to fix the compiler error messages and
are
starting to wonder if there may be a bug in the egcs. Any
insights
would be greatly appreciated. Please cc any responses to
