direct.h problem

The include file "c:\egcs-1.1.1\i386-mingw32\include\direct.h" contains the
statement

	#include <dir.h>

Unfortunately, the distribution does not seem to have a "dir.h" anywhere.
(I'd expect it in the include\sys directory.)

Any ideas?
