Alpha doesnt unroll loops

	I wonder how this slipped through.  Richard should perhaps check that the
	original testcase still works correctly with this patch.

The original testcase was broken by a combine optimization, which was
disabled by the alpha.c/alpha.md changes made at the same time as the loop
change.

The loop change was apparently just a related change to make the patch
complete.  Since it didn't directly affect the testcase, the typo went
unnoticed.

I checked in my patch.
