egcs and signal 11

Hy, 

Ich had some problems during compiling time. I had got a signal 11
always at the same point during compiling koffice package.

My hardware is an
* IBM compatible PC with an 
* AMD 5X86 133 MHz Board, 
* Award PCI-BIOS: pcibios_init : BIOS32 Service Directory structure at
0x000fb930
* SCSI-Adaptec 1542 Controler with 4 SCSI-Harddisk
  and an HP Datdrive
* 64 MByte RAM

Can You help me ?
