jc1 won't build on SunOS 4.1.3: memmove is missing

Hi!

The java front-end won't build on SunOS 4.1.3; memmove() is not
available on that system.

I'm not sure whether I should try to fix it myself, because of the
Licensing issues WRT the Java front end, so I'll wait until someone
tells me it would be ok to do it.  Probably linking it with -liberty
would be enough...
