Does this imply you have used egcs 1.1 for this build?

Will you please repeat the compilation with the additional flags `-v
-save-temps' and send us the .ii file it will produce (gzip -9'ed),
along with the command line and the compiler output?  base64
attachments and uuencode are fine.
