egcs1.1b on AIX3.2.5

Hi,

When compiling egcs1.1b with egcs1.0.3a it fails in gcc/f due to a TOC
overflow. One can solve the problem by adding the option -mminimal-toc
to each gcc(g++) in the compile session.
