Dear egcs developers/maintainers

There is a small bug in the index.html relating to the download of egcs.
The diff files are not correct.  For instance the egcs-1.0.3a-1.1a.diff.bz2
should actually be egcs-1.0.3a-1.1b.diff.bz2.  A similar error is seen for 
all the other diff files. A correction would be nice. :)
