bootstrap warning

Hi,
I have potential problems in installing egcs1.1b.

system: SunOS 5.6 Generic sun4m sparc SUNW,SPARCstation-10
compiler: gcc version 2.7.2.3
source-dir: /home/tep1/nachbagauer/egcs-1.1b
install-dir: /home/tep1/nachbagauer/egcs

In /home/tep1/nachbagauer/egcs I issued 
../egcs-1.1b/configure --prefix="/home/tep1/nachbagauer/usr/local"

>> Configuring for a sparc-sun-solaris2.6 host
>> Created "Makefile" in /home/tep1/staff/nachbagauer/egcs using "mh-frag"
>> Links are now set up to build a native compiler for sparc-sun-solaris2.6

fine, worked.  

Then 
make bootstrap

output was: see attached file nohup.out.bootstrap.gz

Bootstrap exited without crash. 

make install 
fine, worked. 

Nevertheless, there seems to be serious problems. 
The result of make -k check was: see file nohup.out.check.gz
some tests failed.
