ICE still in egcs-2.92.17 (was: Re: ICE with CVS egcs-2.92.13 on hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20 - libg++ strikes again)

This is actually a very old bug.  I noticed it over a year ago in the Cygnus.
Then we turned off ADDRESSOF, then egcs started, without ADDRESSOF....

I could probably find my analysis of the problem if y'all think it would be
worth my time to hunt for it.  Who knows, you might be able to analyze it
faster than I can find it in my outbox :-)
