update_flow_info error for rs6000-ibm-aix4.1.5 configuration

During a bootstrap or with a specific testcase?  Do you have a .i file?

I do not have ppc machines here, so if it's a bootstrap problem while building
the stage2 compiler, it's a lot easier if you send me a .i file -- I can feed
that into a cross compiler and debug the problem most of the time.

I can debug this much quicker if you provide the .i file instead of having to
produce one myself on a remote machine.
