egcs-2.91.57/SunOS 4.1.3/fixincludes

Hi,

Attached are the diffs to egcs/gcc/Makefile.in and egcs/gcc/configure.in.
I believe one or both are actually generated, so the precursor files would
really need the fix.  I have installed egcs/gcc/fixinc/* to work with these
diffs.  The installed version works with the changes supplied here, provided
I first:

    cd egcs/gcc
    CONFIG_FILES=fixinc/Makefile sh config.status

before doing a:

    make stmp-fixinc
