BUG: gcc/rtl.c miscompiled when schedule-insns2 optimization enabled

Hi

I've just tried a bootstrap of egcs-19981012 on x86-linux
configured "-enable-haifa -enable-shared" and CFLAGS="-g0 -O6 
-march=pentiumpro -mcpu=pentiumpro" it failed when running the
gencodes built using the stage1 compiler. This failure has
been reported against egcs-19981005 by several people.

I've previously posted the results of my investigation into
the problem and I came to the conclusion that the bug is in
the post reload optimizations performed when the schedule-insns2
are enabled.
