--enable-c-cpplib build is broken

Kaveh,

It looks like this change broke the --enable-c-cpplib build. Looks
like you forgot to remove some libiberty stuff from cpplib.c, prefix.c
and cppalloc.c (breaks cc1), then when I do this cc1plus needs
libiberty.

At this point I think I'll just get you to look at it.
