SPARC v9 bootstrap fails (in 19981101 and 19981109)

   Long double support appears to be completely broken in SPARCV9

Correct, the calling sequence fixes were never implemented for v9.
Greg Onufer knows about this too.

This is a known problem and I have no idea when I'll be able to
implement passing the parameters correctly to those functions.
