new c++ regressions in egcs_1_1_branch

  Please ignore the previous report. It appears Franz Sirl was having
build problems with qt-1.41/kdebase because he was mixing components
built under different egcs_1_1_branch cvs builds. When he rebuilt
the entire qt-1.41 and kde 1.0 package again with the same egcs_1_1_branch
cvs build everything compiled fine. Sorry for the misleading bug report.
Although it may be useful to note that this suggests that all c++ code
should be built under the same version of egcs at the moment.
