EGCS internal compiler error

I got this while trying to compile a file with nothing but a blank main()
which included Array.Inline.h (included):

/home/hb/Development/Array/Array.h:338: Internal compiler error 61.
/home/hb/Development/Array/Array.h:338: Please submit a full bug report to 
egcs-bugs@cygnus.com'.                                                    

I made a mistake in the file (used a class without any template arguments
- Array instead of Array<Item>) - it works if I fix this.

I installed the latest snapshot - egcs-2.92.18
