qt-1.41 text selection segfaults

  Are people seeing the following problem on platforms other than the ppc?
When built with egcs_1_1_branch, qt-1.41 has segfaults when text is selected.
This is easily tested in the layout example program by entering some text
in the Line1 text field and then selecting it with the cursor. We have
no problems in qt 1.33 built with egcs_1_1_branch but qt-1.41 segfaults.
