EGCS 1.0.3a and Blitz++-0.2-alpha-06

	Blitz worked on Solaris for the 19980328 snapshot but failed for 
	19980502, I haven't tested a more recent snapshot (but haven't
	seen anyone report success).  The error message:

egcs-1.0.3a is based on a snapshot from about 6 months ago.  This is why
it doesn't work even though some recent snapshots did.

egcs-1.0.3 is only egcs-1.0.0 plus some patches, and does not contain any
of the development work done over the last 6 months.  The development work
that is in the snapshots will be part of the next major release egcs-1.1.

I suspect there are people working on Blitz problems, but since the
snapshots are inherently unstable, there won't be a reliable way to compile
it until egcs-1.1 comes out.
