g++: Internal compiler error, ss980502 for mips-sgi-irix6.2

I believe this also happens on Linux. The included file contains packaging for
the bug. Doing "make" in the directory I get:

g++ -g -I. -c Vector.C
Vector.C:107: sorry, not implemented: `tree_list' not supported by dump_decl

g++: Internal compiler error: program cc1plus got fatal signal 10
