while building egcs-1.0.2-980309-prerelease on mips-sni-sysv4
with `make bootstrap`
compiling libgcc2.c with the first stage xgcc
(just compiled with the native cc) the following line
./xgcc -B./ -O2 -DIN_GCC -DNO_SYS_SIGLIST -g -I./include -g1 -DIN_LIBGCC2 -D__GCC_FLOAT_NOT_NEEDED -fexceptions -I. -I. -I./config -c -DL_divdi3 \
./libgcc2.c -o _divdi3.o;
gives the following errors
cc1: warning: `-g' not supported by this configuration of GCC

`uname -a` gives
SINIX-N demeter 5.42 A0007 RM400 1/64 R4000
I would be glad to test/install any patches if anyone can
give me a hint or pointer.
thanks
