	I got the following bootstrap error in stage1:

 > _muldi3
 > ld32: FATAL 11: Object file format error (/var/tmp/cc0QsSxe):
 > 	unrecognizable format
 > make-6.2[4]: *** [libgcc2.a] Error 1

	Yesterday's checkout did not have this problem.
