AIX 4.1 compiler /usr/bin/xlc 
./config.guess produces powerpc-ibm-aix4.1.4.0
EGCS egcs-2.90.29 980515 (egcs-1.0.3 release)

collect2.c fails to build with error:

"../../egcs-1.0.3a/gcc/collect2.c", line 2953.5: 1506-068 (S) Operation between 
types "char*" and "int" is not allowed.

Fix is to #include <string.h>.
