missing # includes in egcs-980618 g++ test suite

Hello there,

For the new C++ test case g++.other/init5.C, I think it is missing

# include <stdlib.h>

to get the prototype for abort().


Similarly for g++.pt/vbase1.C, missing # include <stdlib.h>
