a few minor problems building egcs-1.0.3a

Here are a few minor problems that I got when
building egcs-1.0.3a on my Linux-x86 system.
1) In egcs-1.0.3a/gcc/configure.in, the following comment
confused my 'autoconf' (version 2.3):
# Configure the subdirectories
# AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS($subdirs)
I get a message like "error: macro AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS not defined"
It looks like old autoconf try to expend macros in comments!
I removed this line and it solved this problem.
2) After doing the configure, in the gcc directory of
the object tree, The Makefile contains:
# Compiler to use for compiling libgcc1.a.
# OLDCC should not be the GNU C compiler,
# since that would compile typical libgcc1.a functions such as mulsi3
# into infinite recursions.
OLDCC = cc
Unfortunately there was no link cc -> gcc on my system, so it failed!
I changed that to:
#OLDCC = cc
OLDCC = gcc
and go no further problems. Maybe it should be said
somewhere that 'cc' should exist (and possible be a linked
to the old gcc) in order for 'make bootstrap' to work.
Note that I changed
TCFLAGS =
to
TCFLAGS = -mpentium -O6
to get a faster compiler!
