Internal compiler error on template of template : the platform

Alexandre Oliva couldn't reproduce it and suggested me to specify the
architecture : this is on a Linux 2.0.33 i386, using glibc2, with egcs 
1.0.3

The code (I know it's utterly wrong and shouldn't compile at all :-) :

class Foo;

template <class T>
template <class R>
void tfunc2(T* objptr, void *_methodptr)
{
  typedef R (T::*Methodptr)(void);
  Methodptr m = (Methodptr)_methodptr; // this is the faulty line
}

void meta_tfunc(Foo *f, int (Foo::*m_ptr)(void)) {tfunc2(f, (void*)0);}
