latest I.C.E. for 980531

In the egcs-980531 G++ test suite compiled with flags -g -O -ansi
-pedantic-errors, on a i586-pc-linx-gnu box, I found that the following
files caused a compiler crash

./g++.old-deja/g++.robertl/eb102.C:31: Error: Please submit a full bug report
to `egcs-bugs@cygnus.com'.
./g++.old-deja/g++.robertl/eb127.C:47: Error: Please submit a full bug report
to `egcs-bugs@cygnus.com'.
./g++.old-deja/g++.robertl/eb56.C:8: Error: Please submit a full bug report
to `egcs-bugs@cygnus.com'.
./g++.old-deja/g++.robertl/eb68.C:7: Error: Please submit a full bug report
to `egcs-bugs@cygnus.com'.
