980531 has bug in 5.2.10 area

Hello there,

In the 980531 G++ test suite, file g++.jason/rfg20.C, egcs-980531
with flags -g -O -ansi -pedantic-errors compiles the file,
but should not, since my reading of ISO C++ 5.2.10 says that a
function pointer will not fit into a void * pointer.
