ICE 373 (template in namespace)

The following incorrect code gives an internal compiler error using today's
CVS-egcs on a i686-pc-linux-gnu.

namespace ns {
    template <class T> class A {};
}
void foo()
{
    ns::A(); // ERROR, missing template argument
}
