Don't know if my first post about this went out (I never saw it), but here
attached is a fix for fixincludes based on 1.0.1 source, that inserts some
newlines into sed expressions to correct the way that `math.h' is fixed on
SunOS 4.1.x, with a NetBSD host platform. This shouldn't affect anything
else. (Without this, you end up with lines like `#endif#endif' in the fixed
header.)
