Can't compile toplev.c in CVS sources

Ooops - sorry about that, I forgot to check the build when STACK_REGS
is defined.  He is the patch necessary to fix the problem:

	stack_reg_dump_file and dbr_sched_dump_file with references to
	rtl_dump_file.
