minor patch for 1.0.1 gcc/configure.in

Thanks for your efforts in creating egcs.
Below is a little patch for i386-pc-msdosdjggp (against 1.0.1).

BTW, building a cross compiler using --with-headers and --with-libs
makes problems when building libgcc2.a, but this is possibly fixed
in the latest snapshots.
