Link problems with #pragma interface

Hi EGCS group:

	I had troubling linking a fairly large program compiled with egcs-1.0
on Linux (2.0.32).  The linker failed with an error of the form:
/home/bfact/5.4.2/ProxyDict/IfdTypeKey.hh:68: undefined reference to `BtaOpAdd4
virtual table'
and
/home/bfact/5.4.2/CLHEP/Alist/AIteratorBase.icc:24: undefined reference to
`BtaO
pAdd4 virtual table'

By removing a #pragma interface from BtaOpAdd4.hh I was able to get all of the
symbols resolved.

Is this a problem with the scope of the #pragma interface.
