Error inheriting from template with default parameters

Hi again,

It seems that usage of X<>, where X is template having default
values for *all* parameters is totally broken in egcs-980205
and egcs-980214 at least on i486-pc-linux-gnu target (but works
fine on powerpc-ibm-aix4.2.1.0), because even the following
example gives internal compiler error:

struct X
{};

void main()
{
  X<> x;
}
