980214: bootstrap w/ many warnings (missing #includes)

Hi,

when trying to "make bootstrap" of the egcs-980214 snapshot
on m68k-cbm-netbsd1.3, there are many warnings which seem to
be caused by missing #include directives for system header
files.

Additionally, there is still the old internal compiler error
when compiling libstdc++.

If anyone is interested in a logfile showing all these
warnings, please contact me.
