No, this is a FAQ.   From the current FAQ:

  Features that are still missing include namespaces and templates as
  template arguments.

They are about the same.  Users should probably use the FSF release,
unless they need to use the egcs release, in which case they should
use it, but if that also doesn't suit them, then they should use the
release of the day compiler.  :-)

Different users have different needs.
