cc1plus freeze

Hi,
cc1plus appears to be hanging on my system compiling a certain
file. The preprocessed output can be retreived from:
http://www.sandy.force9.co.uk/~chrisb/ipcbase.ii.gz
Apologies for the size (~500K ungzipped, 77K gzipped), but I can't
find what is causing it, and haven't experienced the problem with
other files.
What happens is that cc1plus "freezes", and it seems to be going round
in an endless loop.
Output of gdb:

The output of running cc1plus without -quiet can also be fetched at:

Sorry I can't be more specific, but I have no idea what is causing
this problem.
