snapshot still won't bootstrap with BOOT_CFLAGS="-O4 -g"...

Let me rephrase.
I don't have to the time to look at every bootstrap problem. Particularly
when they happen when folks use BOOT_CFLAGS.
99.9% of my builds are "make bootstrap". Problems with "make bootstrap" will
be my focus.
Folks that want to use BOOT_CFLAGS to do a nonstandard bootstrap are either
going to have to wait much longer to get their problems resolved or start
resolving them themselves. I simply do not have the time to deal with fixing
bootstrapping problems for every port. I simply can not do it.
