Bug in compiling egcs-1.1.1 on PPC

I am trying to compile egcs-1.1.1 release on a powerpc-redhat-linux-gnu
host. I have made an RPM, and a logfile of the build (gzipped) is
attached. A file named stdio-lock.h has vanished from the g++-includes
but it is #included in libio.h. Obviously, the compilation failed.

What is strange is that it seems to fail in the last stage of the boot-
strap.
