I have a bug report for you.

As you can note, I was 'make bootstrap' and this error stopped the
compilation.

Attached you can find the output of preprocessed builtinbuf.cc with the
above compilation switches (I have verified that the error is still
present compiling the attached builtinbuf.ii).
