XPASS in c++ testsuite

I get

XPASS: g++.other/conv5.C discarding const - (test for errors, line 6)

which, I'm guessing, is because this fixed the bug:

        to correct type here, rather than ...
        (instantiate_type): Here.

Can we get the testsuite updated?
