snapshot packaging problems

- libobjc is still only present in the global archive, nothing in
egcs-core, nor in egcs-objc.

- egcs-testsuite still include the gcc/testsuite/g++.old-deja/*
and the gcc/testsuite/g77.f-torture
files.


Yes, I know that the snapshot packaging files are going to be rewritten
from scratch one of these days, but come on, this probably means
adding/removing one or two lines in a script...
