egcs failures

egcs-2.92.27 compiles this fine (on i486-pc-linux-gnu).

egcs-2.92.21 gives
a.cc: In function `static void Y<T1>::f2()':
a.cc:15: expected 1 levels of template parms for `static void Y<T1>::f2()', got 2
So both things seem to be fixed. I'm not sure whether there will be
another 1.1 release fixing it as well.
