Option -MD broken with --enable-c-cpplib for C (egcs-1.1.1)

Hmmm...although C++ didn't complain, it didn't generate any output either :-)
The -MD option was not passed on. This has been on our todo list for a while,
but I went ahead and tried it with the latest CVS snapshot and found that it was
almost working for C (got the target name wrong) and not working at all for C++
and objective-C. I mucked around for a bit and came up with the attached patch
which I will install later today if there are no objections. This will not be
fixed in egcs-1.1.1.
