Internal Compiler Error (egcs-1.1.1)

The problem arises within the package 'ImageLib-0.0.1' by enabling
'NO_GUIDING_DECLS' in the sourcecode and passing the appropriate commandline
option to g++. 

If guiding declarations are used, the file compiles but it generates
warnings. 

As you might notice, I havn't understood the guiding declaration mechanism 
thoroughly, therefore i've included both files together with the generated 
compiler output.
