The Access Violation (or equivalent terminology, depending on OS) continues to
come up when cc1 has been built with -Os -march=pentiumpro and attempts to
compile _divdi3. Other than the terminology, the same thing happens in
cygwin-b20/nt, cygwin-b19/w95, and linux-gnulibc1.

Minor deficiencies in optimization of large subroutines turn up in cygwin-
hosted g77 compilation compared with linux-gnulibc1 hosted compilation.
